  Pond Skim
  

  This is Mammoth Mountain's annual Pond Skim weekend.

  If you've never seen the Pond Skim event you're in for a treat, it's an afternoon of fun as costumed boarders and skiers attempt to skim across a 100ft icy pond.

  
  

  For this trip we are going to do things a little bit different than usual. 

  Here are the main differences:

  • The trip runs from Saturday through Monday
  • There is no bus included, you must to make your own way to and back from Mammoth
  • Saturday morning departure from an assembly point, address will be provided in trip emails and chat
  • There is no chef prepared dinner included

  What is Included?

  • Two-night accommodations at Mammoth Mountain Inn (ski in/out)
  • Saturday morning breakfast at the assembly point (private address in Granada Hills will be published in event emails)
  • Happy Hour beer & wine provided on Saturday & Sunday
  • The Pond Skim event runs on Sunday afternoon at the Canyon Lodge and is free to attend.

  • An abundance of fun and Wailer's merriment

  What is not Included?

  • Breakfast is not included in the price of the trip. A guest breakfast chef will provide breakfasts at their own cost. Be sure to bring cash to tip them to help with costs ($5 minimum, $10 per day recommended)
  • Saturday dinner is not included in the price of the trip. A guest dinner chef is planned, and will provide dinner at their own cost. Be sure to bring cash to tip them to help with costs ($15 minimum, $20 recommended)
  • Sunday dinner is not included in the price of the trip. There are plenty of restaurants in the local area.

  • Early bird pricing is available 31 or more days in advance of the trip departure date.
  • Standard registration applies when trip is purchased 30 days or less before departure date.
  • EARLY BIRD PRICING EXTENDED THROUGH MARCH 31st 
  • Registration closes 5 days before the departure date.
  • The Wailers are insured and a licensed seller of travel. 
  • Cancellation Policy: A $35 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the departure date unless the spot can be resold. In some cases, reservations may be transferred to a future trip (in the same season) at the discretion of the Trip Director based on availability and budgetary factors; however, there are no guarantees. The Board of Directors reserves the right to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Any refunds will be disbursed after the final trip of the season.

  YACHT CLUB WEEKEND!

  
  

  Set sail into summer over Memorial Day Weekend with the Wailers at Yacht Club Weekend! Pull up your anchor, raise your sails and chart your course for a weekend full of sea-themed fun in the mountains. Wear your most seaworthy costumes and outfits to enjoy live music, giveaways, and more! The Wailers plan on entering a “yacht” in the races again this year so you won't want to miss the hilarious fun!

  This is not an official registration. This is only to show your interest in attending. More information will be forthcoming, however, this is what we have planned now...

  • Drive-up (Carpooling) no bus
  • Leave Friday - Return Monday 
  • Stay in condos (location to be announced after we have a headcount)
  • No Saturday night dinner party included
  • Happy Hour Saturday & Sunday evening
  • Space will be limited; Pinned members get first chance to sign up
  • We plan to keep the cost under $300/pp

  WAILERS' NIGHT AT DODGER STADIUM

  
  

  Bring your friends and family to Wailer Night at Dodger Stadium to watch the Dodgers take on the Washington Nationals!

  Join us in the Wailers' Party Box located on the Security Benefit Field Level, right next to the Dodger bullpen. These box seats feature a private space overlooking the field with drink-rail seating and high top tables. The Wailers have purchased this entire section so we can mix and mingle while we cheer on our boys in blue! Food and beverages are not included in the ticket price.  

  • Date/Time:  Friday, June 20; 7:10 PM
  • Ticket Price*:  $88 per person, Party Box Section 53FD; Left field Entrance
  • Pre-game Happy Hour:  For those who can get to the stadium early, meet at the Gold Glove Bar beneath the Left Field Pavilion inside Dodger Stadium.
