  • Transportation to/from the Los Angeles area to Mammoth on a luxury bus

  2) Cancellations must be submitted to the trip director in writing:

  4) Cancellations submitted 14 days or less prior to the scheduled departure date are non-refundable because payments for transportation and lodging have been committed to suppliers.

  Saddle up for the ultimate Colorado snow adventure with the Wailers Ski & Snowboard Club! Join us for an unforgettable “2 Resorts – 1 Trip” experience as we hit the slopes of Winter Park from January 14–18, 2027, then head north to Steamboat from January 18–21, 2027.  The highlight? The iconic Cowboy Downhill on January 18th (MLK Day) - a wild Western spectacle where real rodeo cowboys race down the mountain, crash through obstacles, lasso style points, and celebrate with an unforgettable street party atmosphere. From first tracks to cowboy antics, this is the perfect mix of powder, parties, and pure Colorado fun. Don’t miss the ride!

  TRIP DETAILS

  • $1280 pp Double Occupancy, Land Only

  • Group transfers between Denver International Airport to Winter Park to Steamboat and back to Denver International.
  • 4-nights at the Vintage Hotel, Winter Park; cabriolet lift to slopes and on shuttle route; Breakfast not included
  • 3-nights at the Homewood Suites by Hilton, Steamboat; daily breakfast; on shuttle route
  • All fees and taxes
  • No blackout dates for Ikon and Ikon base pass holders
  • Airfare not included 
  • This trip is sold as a package deal. The itinerary cannot be divided or booked as a single-resort trip.

  OPTIONAL ADD-ONS

  • We are currently exploring group airfare options, and if the pricing is favorable, we will offer it as an optional add‑on.

  IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Price based on current land rates only, no airfare;
  • Travelers are responsible to book airfare to arrive at Denver International Airport (DIA) by 2 PM on 1/14. Departure flights should be booked for 3 PM or later on 1/21 from DIA.
  • Cancellations before Nov. 1, 2026 will receive a full refund. No refund for cancellations after Nov. 1, 2026, however, you can sell your spot to anyone (including non-members)
  • $300 deposit due upon registration; Payment in full due on or before November 1, 2026.
  • Purchasing travel insurance is highly recommended
