Wailer's Mammoth Trip #1 (Drive up Only)

For this trip we are going to do things a little bit different than usual.
Instead of a bus trip, attendees will need to provide their own transportation to Mammoth Mountain.

- Transportation to Mammoth Mountain (drive up or carpool with friends)
- Breakfast – A guest breakfast chef will be on hand providing delicious breakfasts at their own cost.
Please bring cash for tipping to help with their costs
(minimum $5, $10/day recommended).

Cancellation Policy:
All policies will be strictly enforced, however the Trip Director reserves the right to make exceptions as deemed appropriate
1) Any unpaid trip registration fees will result in a trip reservation being canceled.
2) Cancellations must be requested in writing to Trips@WailersSkiClub.org:
a) Up to 15 days prior to departure a refund will be processed typically within 1 week.
b) For 14 days or less prior to departure refunds are not guaranteed. After the last trip of the season, refunds requests made 14 days or less prior to trip departure will be reviewed and a determination will be made if a full or partial refund will be issued.
3) A $35 fee will be assessed on all cancellations.
4) Reservations may be moved to another trip only with the approval from the Trip Director.
5) Reservations may be transferred to another person only with the approval from the Trip Director.
