What's Included?

• Transportation to/from the Los Angeles area to Mammoth on a luxury bus
• Two-night accommodations at Mammoth Mountain Inn (ski in/out)
• Chef-prepared dinner and costume (optional) party on Saturday night
• To-go dinner on Sunday night
• Ample supply of beer, wine, soft drinks and water throughout the weekend

• Early bird pricing is available 31 or more days in advance of the trip departure date.
• Standard registration applies when trip is purchased 30 days or less before departure date.
• Registration closes 5 days before the departure date.
• The Wailers are insured and a licensed seller of travel. 
• Cancellation Policy: A $35 cancellation fee will be assessed on all cancellations made 30 days or less before the departure date. No refund will be given for cancellations less than 14 days prior to the departure date unless the spot can be resold. In some cases, reservations may be transferred to a future trip (in the same season) at the discretion of the Trip Director based on availability and budgetary factors; however, there are no guarantees. The Board of Directors reserves the right to make exceptions for extenuating circumstances. Any refunds will be disbursed after the final trip of the season.
