Embark on a snow-filled adventure with us aboard a party bus bound for the exhilarating slopes of Mammoth Mountain! Let us focus on all the details while you focus on the fun! This is your ticket to the ultimate winter fiesta with a little cosplay sprinkled in (if that's your thing). This trip's theme is:


Hippies 

Wailer's Mammoth trips are legendary, so register today while space is still available!  If the trip is sold out, please join the waiting list.

What's Included?

  • Transportation to/from the Los Angeles area to Mammoth on a luxury bus
  • Two-night accommodations at Mammoth Mountain Inn (ski in/out)
  • Chef-prepared dinner and costume (optional) party on Saturday night
  • To-go dinner on Sunday night
  • Ample supply of beer, wine, soft drinks and water throughout the weekend
  • An abundance of fun and Wailer's merriment 
  • The Wailers are insured and a licensed seller of travel. 
  • Not Included?
  • Breakfast is not included in the price of the trip. A guest breakfast chef will provide breakfasts at their own cost. Be sure to bring cash to tip them to help with costs ($5 minimum, $10 per day recommended).

   • Early Bird  $464 per person
   • Standard Registration   $479 per person
  • Early bird pricing is available 30+ days in advance of the trip departure date.
  • Standard registration applies when trip is purchased 29 days or less before departure date.
  • Registration closes 5 days before the departure date
  • Includes 3% for 3rd party credit card processing fees

Cancellation Policy:

All policies will be strictly enforced, however the Trip Director reserves the right to make exceptions as deemed appropriate

1) Any unpaid trip registration fees will result in a trip reservation being canceled.

2) Cancellations must be requested to the trip director in writing:

a) Up to 15 days prior to departure a refund will be processed typically within 1 week.

b) For 14 days or less prior to departure refunds are not guaranteed. After the last trip of the season, refund requests will be reviewed and a determination will be made if a refund will be processed, and the amount.

3) A $35 fee will be assessed on all cancellations.

4) Reservations may be moved to another trip only with the approval from the Trip Director.

5) Reservations may be transferred to another person only with the approval from the Trip Director.
