Cancellation Policy:
All policies will be strictly enforced, however the Trip Director reserves the right to make exceptions as deemed appropriate
1) Any unpaid trip registration fees will result in a trip reservation being canceled.
2) Cancellations must be submitted to the trip director in writing:
3) Cancellations submitted 15 days or more prior to the scheduled departure date will receive a refund, less a $35 cancellation fee.
4) Cancellations submitted 14 days or less prior to the scheduled departure date are non-refundable because payments for transportation and lodging have been committed to suppliers.
5) Requests to transfer to another trip must be made in writing to the Trip Director, and are not guaranteed.
6) Requests to transfer a registration to another person must be made in writing to the Trip Director, and are not guaranteed.
