Absolutely! Everyone is welcome to come experience the mountain with us. More than likely, there will be others to keep you company and there are plenty of other activities around the mountain or in town.

Lift tickets are not included. Your best bet is to purchase tickets in advance online for better pricing or you can wait to buy tickets at any ticket window.

Dressing up is totally up to you. Themes have become a Wailers tradition, and many trip-goers enjoy the chance to indulge in cosplay. Many only dress up for Saturday night dinner and some carry the theme throughout the weekend, which is quite useful for spotting our people on the slopes. Plus it's a fabulous way to break the ice at our Saturday night dinner party!

Of course! You are welcome to make your own travel arrangements and meet us there. We ask that you coordinate with our Trip Director in advance and keep in communication on Friday evening to get your room assignment as soon as we have it. The Trip Director will let you know if you are eligible for a small discount off the trip registration fee for the bus portion.

Particularly on the trip to the mountain, the bus ride is basically a party on wheels where the back of the bus tends to be more rambunctious with people dancing in the aisles and the front of the bus offers a more chill scene. We provide keg beer, wine and sodas. Occasionally, someone will be passing around jello shots. The sound system is usually pumping out dance-inspiring music. So, if you don't like the noise, we encourage you to bring noise-cancelling headphones or earplugs and sit closer to the front.

We do not make any additional stops along the route, so there is a restroom onboard for those who need it. Rule #1 - no number two on the bus! And, if you think you'll get hungry, you'll need to bring your own grub.

It is a 5-hour drive once we make our last pickup, so expect to arrive somewhere between 11 PM and midnight, depending on road conditions.

We are provided a limited inventory of rooms by Mammoth Mountain Inn, which consists of an assortment of condos containing lofts, as well as a handful of hotel rooms, which means that shared accommodations is the name of the game. We take great care to match you with a suitable roommate, but we must work within the constraints of the inventory we are given, so we cannot guarantee any person's preferences. Premium upgrades will get top priority, followed by couples who share beds.

Please do list your preferences on your registration form, and we will do our best to accommodate you. However, as noted above, we are dealing with limited inventory that doesn't always work out for everyone. We ask for your understanding and flexibility as we are doing the best with the "hand we are dealt."

Our culinary masters whip up mouth-watering dishes catering to both herbivores and carnivores. While we will do our best to offer a broad menu, we cannot customize meals to meet the specific dietary needs of every traveler. If you have strict dietary restrictions, we suggest you come prepared with your own food options.

Yes! Guests may attend Saturday night dinner with advance purchase through the trip registration page more than 10 days in advance. Only with approval by the chef and Trip Director (based on supplies) will walk-ins be welcome.

For liability reasons, we cannot allow any persons under the age of 21 to participate in our events. 

Outdoor enthusiasts will find plenty of things to do during their visit. Cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, sledding, CAT rides, dining, and shopping are some of the many alternatives to alpine skiing. Check out the online Guide to Mammoth for details.
